I bought these wipers as I knew they would fit my 2022 Subaru Ascent. I am the original owner of the Ascent and the wiper blades have never been changed. The Ascent only drives 7,000 miles per year and usually only nice weather so not a lot of time using the wipers. I noticed the OEM wipers were not doing a great job cleaning the windows completely so I decided to change them out. Wipe blade changes were easy. Just push a little button and slide the wiper out. Much easier than my Subaru Forester. I will say upon inspection of the old wipers vs these they aren't exactly the same. It even appeared that the smaller passenger side new wiper was ever so slightly longer. The wiper wind deflector/down draft section was more pronounced on the new wipers which was interesting. I'm assuming they hold the wipers down on the windshield better at speed during use for increased performance. The quality looks the same but some small visual/design differences. See my pictures. I just installed the wipers so I cannot comment on overall Performance or Durability right now but will update as necessary. I will say the old wipers showed a little separation on the blade at the edges but overall for 2 years of use not bad looking. The rear wiper blade looks almost exactly the same as the one that it replaced. The price seems high for the set but I couldn't really find cheaper at this level of quality.
Bought to replace the original wipers that I kept using far longer than I should have. Saved me 50-60 over what the dealership was going to charge me. Easy install, work flawlessly. Did not appear to be very old stock, counterfeit or bad in any way.
